Mix together all the spices in a small bowl. Once they are well mixed rub them all over both sides of the steak and place it in the bottom of the crock pot.
Chop onions, bell peppers and jalapeños.
Cover the steak with chopped onion, bell peppers and jalapeños.
Turn heat on Low and cook for 8 hours.
After 8 hours shred and remove from crock pot.
Serve on corn or flour tortillas with salsa, avocado, cilantro and a slice of lime.

French Dip Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 lbs rump roast
1 (10.5 oz ) can beef broth
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
1 (12 oz) can or bottle of beer
6 French rolls
Directions:
Trim excess fat, cook on slow cooker on low for 7 hrs.
Honey Sauced Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 tbs vegetable oil
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 (2 tbs) cup Ketchup
1 clove garlic minced
Directions:
Dice Chicken & Season both sides with Salt and Pepper. Place in 8×8 pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Stir after 10 min.
